Contest Rules to Win a "Magical Adventure" at Disneyland:

1. Eligibility:
   This contest is open to all active Rapid Cash customers who wish to have the opportunity to win an exciting "Magical Adventure" to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA.
2. Eligibility Requirements and Mode:
   Participants must be legal residents of the United States and be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the contest.
• Mode of participation: After completing your tax service at Rapid Cash, interested individuals will receive a "Magical Adventure passport" upon completing a Fast Refund. The "Magical Adventure" Passport consists of 24 boxes that should be filled in with each service acquired at any Rapid Cash and Rapid A Loans office.
• After completing the entire passport, you'll receive a voucher enabling participation in the Magical Adventure raffle.
• For more opportunities to win after completing the Magical Adventure passport, you can request an additional Magical Adventure passport from the office manager. Depending on their discretion, the manager may administer a new passport, allowing for continuing participation and increased chances of winning.
• The Rapid Cash Magical Adventure passport must be stamped at the time of the visit/purchase. If the passport is forgotten during a visit/service, it cannot be stamped, and no stamps can be accumulated on future visits. Damaging the passport or making alterations to the stamps will result in disqualification and the loss of the opportunity to participate.
  Losing the passport will eliminate any possibility of participation.
3. Contest Dates:
   The contest will commence on Friday, December 1st, 2023, and conclude on Friday, April 26, 2024.
4. Participation Restriction:
   Employees of Rapid Cash and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
5. Prize Description:
   The prize* consists of a Magical Adventure for a family of 4 with an estimated value of up to $2,500. The Magical Adventure can be scheduled from May 20 to July 26, 2024. It includes 5 days and 4 nights of accommodation at a hotel near Disneyland, Anaheim CA. Also included are 3 days of Disneyland tickets, with basic tickets allowing access to one park per day, plus a $1,000.00 check for expenses for the winner.
6. Exclusions and Expenses:
   The prize does not include transportation or expenses related to the trip and stay, such as meals, souvenirs, additional activities, etc. All these expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be randomly selected on Friday, May 3.
8. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be notified by email and will have a period of 5 natural days to claim the prize.
9. Legal Liability:
   Rapid Cash / Rapid A Loans are not responsible for any problems, losses, injuries, or damages that may occur during the trip to Disneyland.
10. Acceptance of Rules:
    Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
11. Random Selection Mechanism:
    The winner will be selected randomly, electronically, in the presence of a notary public to ensure fairness on Friday, May 3, 2024.
12. Adventure Conditions:
    The winner will receive a voucher with a credit of up to $2500 at the Byecations Byminka travel agency, dates and details to be announced.
13. Winner Announcement:
    Once notified, the winner will be announced on the website www.rapidcashep.com and on the Rapid Cash and Rapid A Loans social media.
14. Rights to Use Names and Images:
    The winner, by accepting the prize, authorizes the use of their name and image for promotional and advertising purposes.
15. Changes to Rules:
    Rapid Cash reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules if necessary; if so, participants will be notified appropriately.

   Este concurso está abierto a todos los clientes activos de Rapid Cash que deseen tener la oportunidad de ganar un emocionante "Aventura Mágica" a Disneyland en Anaheim, CA.
2. Requisitos de Elegibilidad y Modalidad:
   Los participantes deben ser residentes legales de los Estados Unidos y tener al menos 18 años de edad al momento de participar en el concurso.
• Modo de participar: Después de realizar tu servicio de impuestos en Rapid Cash, los interesados recibirán un "pasaporte Aventura Mágica" al completar un Fast Refund. El Pasaporte "Magical Adventure" consiste de 24 casillas que se deberán llenar con cada visita y servicio adquirido en cualquiera de las oficinas de Rapid Cash y/o Rapid A Loans.
• Al llenar todo el pasaporte, recibir un voucher qué le permitirá participar en la rifa de una Aventura Mágica. Una vez completo, si desea seguir participando para tener mayores oportunidades de ganar, deberá de preguntar a el gerente de la oficina, según a su criterio, podrá otorgar un pasaporte nuevo para seguir participando y tener más oportunidades de ganar.
• El pasaporte Aventura Mágica de Rapid Cash deberá sellarse en el momento de la visita/compra. Si se olvida el pasaporte al momento de una visita/servicio, no se podrá sellar ni acumular sellos en visitas futuras. Dañar el pasaporte o realizar alteraciones en los sellos resultará en la descalificación y la pérdida de la oportunidad de participar.
  Extraviar el pasaporte eliminará cualquier posibilidad de participación.
3. Fechas del Concurso:
   El concurso comenzará el Viernes 1 de Diciembre y concluirá el Viernes 26 de abril de 2024.
4. Restricción de Participación:
   Empleados de Rapid Cash y sus familiares directos no son elegibles para participar en el concurso.
5. Descripción del Premio:
   El premio* consiste en una Aventura Mágica para una familia de 4 personas con un valor estimado de hasta $2,500. La Aventura Mágica se puede agenda a partir del 20 de Mayo y hasta 26 de Julio del 2024. Incluye 5 días y 4 noches de alojamiento en un hotel cercano a Disneyland, Anaheim CA. También se incluyen 3 días de entradas a Disneyland, con boletos básicos que permiten el acceso a un parque por día, y un cheque de $1,000.00 Dólares para gastos.
6. Exclusiones y Gastos:
   El premio no incluye transporte ni gastos relacionados con el viaje y la estancia, como comidas, souvenires, actividades adicionales, etc. Todos estos gastos serán responsabilidad del ganador.
7. Selección del Ganador:
   El ganador se seleccionará de manera aleatoria el Viernes 3 de mayo.
8. Notificación del Ganador:
   El ganador será notificado por correo electrónico y tendrá un plazo de 5 días naturales para reclamar el premio.
9. Responsabilidad Legal:
   Rapid Cash / Rapid A Loans no se hacen responsables de ningún problema, pérdida, lesión o daño que pueda ocurrir durante el viaje a Disneyland.
10. Aceptación de las Reglas:
    La participación en el concurso implica la aceptación de estas reglas.
11. Mecanismo de Selección Aleatoria:
    El ganador sera seleccionado aleatoriamente, electrónicamente, en presencia de un notario publico para garantizar la imparcialidad el día Viernes 3 de Mayo del 2024.
12. Condiciones de la Aventura:
    El ganador sera acreedor de un voucher con un crédito de hasta $2500 en la agencia de viajes Byecations Byminka, fechas y detalles a conocer.
13. Publicación del Ganador:

14. Derechos de Uso de Nombres e Imágenes:
    El ganador al aceptar el premio da su autorización de usar su nombre e imagen para propósitos promocionales y publicitarios.
